TwoTwentyTwo provides technology consulting, software development, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for you under a project agreement shall be assigned to you upon full payment. TwoTwentyTwo retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the applicable agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoTwentyTwo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
